About Me

Let me start by saying this, asking for help is not easy for me. But right now, I don’t see another way forward.

What hurts most is watching what was once a shining example of people coming together to build a strong, thriving economy turn into something that feels more like a reality TV show. Too often, we elect the ones who shout the loudest, only to find they’re serving their own agendas instead of the people.

I want to be different. I want to be the kind of leader who proves that trust in elected officials is not misplaced. I want to meet the people I represent, hear your stories, understand your struggles, and work for all of us, not just a select few.

Helping others has always been a part of who I am. Whether it was pitching in to clean a friend’s house so we could go play, serving as a volunteer firefighter, or countless other ways, it’s always been my calling.

So, with humility and sincerity, I’m asking: please, help me help us. Together, we can build something better.

Help me, help us.

The biggest threat to our nation isn’t a foreign power — it’s elected officials who put their own self-interest ahead of the people they were chosen to serve.

For far too long, corporations have been “sponsoring” political campaigns, lining pockets in exchange for favorable legislation. Time and again, lawmakers have chosen corporate profits over the needs of everyday citizens.

That ends with me. I’m not asking for — or accepting — corporate money. I’m not even asking everyday Americans to fund my campaign just so I can run. The truth is, you shouldn’t have to be wealthy to represent the people. Most of us are living paycheck to paycheck, and the last thing I’m going to do is stand there shaking a can for spare change.

That said, I can’t do this alone. If you’re in a position where you can spare a little, I’m grateful — and I’ll make sure every dollar is used wisely. I’m not a rich man by any stretch. In fact, I live below the median household income. But growing up poor taught me how to make something out of nothing — and how to stretch resources farther than most would think possible.

This campaign is 100% grassroots, built to represent the everyday American — from farmers to executives, rural towns to big cities. I’m blessed with a diverse personal and professional background, and I plan to use that experience to fight for all Michiganders… and then keep going from there.

The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible.

Party Affiliation

The presidential election directly proceeding my 18th birthday was Jr's second term. Of course, being from Texas, I voted for him, but I was also enamored by his speeches. He was clear, serious when necessary, and took action. About three years later, after doing research I found myself disenfranchised by the Republican "Party". I didn't vote at all during Obama's first term because I was ignorant to the policies and issues during that time. Then I saw all of the negativity and frankly horror from Republicans, which further alienated me, because in MY Sunday school, I was taught we respect everyone, and we are all created in God's image, and those without sin are the only ones qualified to throw stones. At this point I started caucusing with Democrats. But the bleeding-heart Democrat view has us spending our precious dollars on things that do not serve Americans. At some point picking the lesser of two evils no longer works. Democrats & Republicans share a thirst for power, a love of spending, and are both ignorant at accounting. THE CHECKING ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN, CREDIT CARDS ARE MAXED OUT, AND 35 TRILLION IN LOANS. It is obvious to me that this country, the one we fight for, the one we call home will not last without some serious intervention. I would describe myself more of an empire builder than a business man. I have the financial acumen of an executive, with the knowledge and street smarts of an investor. A lot of business people will say loans are a good thing, and I agree to a point; but cash is king, and instead of starting a business with a single source of income, I believe in diversifying income to build a strong lasting empire. A broken clock tells the correct time twice a day. Although I do not agree with Trump’s methods, ethics, or much of anything, one thing we can agree on is that the Federal Government is too big. And to be frank, I'm glad it’s him and not me, but what we need first is optimization of budgets, reduction in redundancies, and bargain shopping. We should continue the work of DOGE, but in a more ethical, and moral way. I believe that those who have dedicated their careers to the service of the Federal Government in any capacity and within 5 years of retirement shouldn't be fired in mass, but instead, start training their replacements. Take a moment to view it from their perspective; thank you for your loyal service, but we have a quota we have to meet. I know life isn’t fair, but the things I've seen out of the current administration could have been handled better.
